ABOUT ME
I am a rugby league player spanning a 17 year career as a full time professional and currently playing part time as my property business has grown along side the rugby.
I have international honours for both England knights and Jamaica rugby league and created history by becoming Jamaica’s first ever try scorer at their inaugural World Cup campaign in 2021
I also have a degree in Sport and Leisure Management obtained from Sheffield Hallam University, graduating in 2009.
The sport makes you very disciplined and many of the skills needed on the pitch are transferrable into the mindset required to be a successful property investor and developer.
One of the reasons that I started investing in property, was to create a portfolio that would create security for my family once my sporting days slowed down.
I am passionate about community and wanted to regenerate unloved properties into homes on both the private and rented market in West Yorkshire. There is currently high demand, particularly in the rental market.

Being a long term tenant with Jones Bishop Ltd, we have always felt than Ben is an excellent communicator and renting with him has always been straight forward. On the few occasions any maintenance in the property has arisen, he has been easy to contact and it has been resolved in a professional and timely manner. Throughout our time as tenants, safety checks to the property have been carried out regularly. Overall, we have been happy tenants for 9 years.
